Meaghan Coaching, The Academy Circus and Vertical Air are partnering with Giddy up + Cocorico in Saint-Lazare Quebec for a retreat combining circus arts training, gentle yoga, being out doors, camp fires and horse back riding. This is an event for the whole family, youth, teenagers, young adults, adults and parents may attend all together.
Saint-Lazare is an off-island suburb of Montreal, in southwestern Quebec, Canada in the Regional County Municipality of Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

Join us August 30th to September 2nd
Food, sleeping quarters, circus classes, horse back riding, horse grooming, stretching + gentle yoga all included
$650.00 per person
*15 minimum to run this retreat

Friday August 30th - Check in 3pm
Dinner, snacks, drinks, guided tour, set up camp
Saturday August 31st - Full day of activity plus 3 meals, snacks, drinks (see full schedule below)
Sunday September 1st - Full day of activity plus 3 meals, snacks, drinks (see full schedule below)
Monday September 2nd - morning stretch + gentle yoga, breakfast, coffee, tea, check out
Sleeping will be in tents or in the 2nd floor or the renovated barn. You can also bring your own camper trailer or sleeping arrangements on site. We have the space. Connect with us for any questions, looking forward to seeing you there!
